Serena Hakim Nazarian is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Serena represents public and private companies in business and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.

Professional and Educational Background

Serena graduated from UCLA of Law, where she was a Dean’s Academic Scholarship recipient. Serena also served as a Career Forum Co-Chair of the Journal of Law and Technology, a representative of the Jewish Law Students Association, and a member of the Law Women Student Group.

While in law school, Serena was a judicial extern to the Honorable Karen L. Stevenson, taught a legal course to students at a public charter school, and interned at the boutique entertainment firm Hansen Jacobson.

Prior to law school, Serena helped provide legal aid to victims of domestic abuse and children in poverty at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, where she received a Certificate of Tribute.

As a former member of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Team, Serena enjoys skiing in her free time.
