Area of Practice
Shuyu’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, where she handles the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the diverse fields such as semiconductors, displays, wireless communications, software, cloud computing, graphics, image and video processing, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, life science and biotech. Shuyu helps with counsels clients on portfolio management, due diligence and patent invalidity and infringement issues.
Additionally, Shuyu is involved in due diligence for financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. She also engages in consulting on structural changes, internal corporate/environmental law training, data privacy and export control for clients across various industries, including semiconductors, technology, automobile, logistics, energy, beauty and personal care, and consumer goods.
