Skylar’s experience in litigation is extensive and varied, encompassing a wide range of legal matters. At Sheppard Mullin, Skylar applies her passion for the law and unwavering work ethic to every case. She is involved in all stages of litigation, from preliminary investigations and pleadings to discovery, motion practice, and preparation for trial. Skylar is committed to delivering comprehensive and strategic legal solutions to our clients, always aiming to achieve the best possible outcome.
Skylar attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where she excelled in moot court competitions, demonstrating superior oral advocacy and legal writing skills. This experience equipped her with the ability to construct compelling arguments and think strategically under pressure, qualities that she now brings to Sheppard Mullin.
Skylar is dedicated to giving back to her community through extensive pro bono work. Her contributions span a diverse range of cases, including matters concerning asylum, veteran benefits, and immigration issues. Additionally, she regularly volunteers at a local clinic, where she offers legal assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Skylar interned with the American Bar Association’s Justice Defenders Program in Washington, D.C., where she dedicated her efforts to advocating for human rights in Eurasia.
