T.J. Benedict is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
T.J.’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters involving complex antitrust litigation, civil investigations, merger review, and advising clients on antitrust risks related to their business practices. T.J. also has experience representing companies facing government investigations under the False Claims Act.
He was formerly a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the D.C. Court of Appeals. During law school, T.J. served as a Judicial Intern for a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and as a summer honors law clerk at the US Environmental Protection Agency.
