Prior to joining the firm, Victoria served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nathanael Cousins in the Northern District of California. While in law school, she participated in the Hastings Appellate Project where she and a small team represented a pro bono client. Victoria briefed a Ninth Circuit pro bono appeal and delivered the oral argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to her legal career, Victoria worked as a paralegal doing criminal law and family law at a small-sized firm, and litigation for an in-house legal department at one of the world’s largest financial institutions. As an in-house litigation paralegal, she assisted the deputy general counsel with litigation and pre-litigation against the bank, government investigations, and human resources legal disputes.
