Vincent's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies and investors in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He advises clients across a wide variety of industries and sectors, including fintech, artificial intelligence, Internet, digital media and other technology, life sciences, managed services, asset management, cannabis, government contracts and consumer and industrial products.
