Overview

Willa Sharpe is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

Willa represents clients in complex business matters in domestic and international arbitration, traditional litigation in state and federal courts, and multidistrict litigations in federal court involving state claims. She has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, asset purchase agreements, and data breaches.

Willa attended University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as an executive board member for the Moot Court Board. As an executive board member, Willa successfully helped in the planning and organization of the school’s internal moot court competition. Her involvement with the Moot Court Board additionally allowed her to participate in a moot court competition held by Tulane University where she was able to display her exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills.

Willa additionally serves as an Army Officer in the Virginia National Guard. In her position with the National Guard, Willa assists with all planning aspects related to personnel and manages a team that is responsible for providing support to over 400 Soldiers. Her direct positive effect on the overall well-being of the Soldiers in her unit is something that she is both enjoys and is admired for.
