Mr. Wang's practice focuses on corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures), as well as foreign direct investment for multinational companies in Greater China Region in a wide range of industries. He also has experiences in advising both Chinese domestic and international companies in their cross-border corporate compliance matters.
