Brandon assists clients in a variety of transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactional and governance matters.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Brandon counsels public and privately held companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in complex corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side). In these transactions, Brandon represents clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, security, janitorial, manufacturing, transportation, life sciences, and fashion, apparel, and beauty.

Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances

Brandon also counsels family offices, investment funds, and other institutional clients in a wide variety of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of real estate projects, with a particular focus on joint venture investments in multi-family and commercial developments. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating complex partnership and LLC agreements.

General Corporate

Brandon represents both small and large companies ranging from startups to well established companies in general corporate matters, such as financings, corporate governance, equity and executive compensation and matters relating to the formation and structure of business entities. He also represents institutional and individual investors in connection with public and private company investments.
