Daniel Shemano is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Century City office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare team.
Areas of Practice
Daniel advises healthcare organizations on transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters. He works with clients across various sectors, including healthcare providers, payors, investors, and managed care entities. Daniel is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations and transactional matters, with a particular interest in the evolving trends toward value-based care and risk-sharing arrangements.
In his practice, Daniel assists with general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial agreements. He also supports clients with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and operational matters.
Daniel attended Georgetown University Law Center, graduated cum laude, and was an editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. Prior to attending Georgetown, Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Brown University, where he founded the Brown Journal of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
