Areas of Practice

Jeff focuses his practice on corporate and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings across a diverse cross-section of industries, including insurance, real estate, maritime, mortgage servicing and litigation funding.

Jeff has represented clients in a full range of corporate transactions including leveraged buyouts, sales and leasebacks, joint ventures, minority investments, IPOs, secured financings, 363 auctions, litigation funding arrangements and general corporate matters.
