Lena Zinner is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice

Lena advises healthcare organizations on a range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. She is dedicated to providing her clients with tailored, practical guidance to help them navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

Lena has extensive experience navigating complex healthcare regulations and works closely with clients to develop strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives. Her practice includes advising companies on structuring and executing strategic affiliations within the healthcare sector, as well as ensuring organizational practices comply with various regulatory requirements. Additionally, she provides comprehensive defense, support, and strategic advice to companies navigating government investigations related to healthcare compliance issues.

She is also a member of the firm’s Healthy AI Group, as well as the Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative.

Prior to joining the firm, Lena attended New York University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as an Articles Editor for NYU’s Annual Survey of American Law Journal. She was also the Vice President of NYU’s Health Law and Policy Society and a member of NYU’s Reproductive Justice Clinic. Before attending law school, Lena earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Anthropology and Global Health from the University of California, San Diego. During her time at UCSD, Lena conducted qualitative content analysis and quantitative lab-based public health research on reproductive health. She also advocated for reproductive healthcare access while working with the United Nations Population Fund’s Resource Mobilization Branch.
