Linda Michaelson's practice focuses on corporate transactions in a variety of industries, primarily entertainment, media, retail and financial services.
Ms. Michaelson has represented motion picture studios, production companies and other media companies in a variety of corporate transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities financings, corporate governance and relationships among shareholders, among other general corporate matters. Ms. Michaelson has also represented public and private companies in a variety of industries, as well as investment banks, in merger and acquisition and financing transactions, including acting as issuer or underwriter's counsel in public and private equity and debt securities offerings, ranging to $2 billion in size.
