Sheppard Mullin represented Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: GHSI) “Guardion” in the sale of its Viactiv business to Doctor’s Best Inc. for $17.2 million. Houston-based Guardion is a clinical nutrition company that offers a portfolio of science-based, clinically supported products designed to support the health needs of consumers, healthcare professionals and providers and their patients.
The Sheppard Mullin team that advised Guardion was led by partner David Sunkin and included partners John Crisp, Claudia Hinsch and Edward Welch, associates Patrick Quine, Josh Block, Grayson Campbell and Shane Killeen, and special counsel Jonathan Barker.
