Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Canterbury Consulting Incorporated on the formation of two private investment funds.
Canterbury is a Newport Beach-based investment adviser that advises on $24.0 billion in assets for endowments, foundations, healthcare organizations, and families. Canterbury’s Core Bond Fund raised a total of $350 million as of its most recent closing. The Core Bond Fund focuses on investments in investment grade fixed income securities providing attractive yields.
Canterbury’s PC Fund raised a total of $82 million as of its most recent closing. The PC Fund focuses on investments in pooled investment vehicles having a focus on long-term private equity investments.
