Sheppard Mullin Represents Domain Capital in Global Deal with Award-Winning Songwriter Ashley Gorley

Sheppard Mullin advised Domain Capital Group, an Atlanta, Georgia-based investment firm, in a global deal with Sony Music Publishing to acquire award-winning songwriter Ashley Gorley’s back catalog of musical works as well as his future compositions.
Gorley is widely recognized for his prolific songwriting career that spans country, pop and more. He has written a record 59 No. 1 singles and has had more than 400 songs released by artists such as Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Dan + Shay, Bon Jovi, Weezer, and more.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by partners Alexis Robinson, David Sands and Aerin Snow and included associates Teresita Acedo, Joshua Block and Genevieve Perez.
