Areas of Practice
Tom’s practice focuses on representing clients in complex commercial litigation, white collar defense matters, and internal investigations.
Tom routinely represents clients in connection with investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Internal Revenue Service. He has drafted and argued criminal discovery motions in federal court. He also represents healthcare industry clients in all stages of litigation and investigations.
Tom’s pro bono practice is dedicated to criminal justice and immigration matters.
While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Royce Lamberth at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
