Sheppard Mullin Represents Mitchelville Real Estate Group in Landmark Real Estate Joint Venture in San Francisco
Sheppard Mullin represented Mitchelville Real Estate Group (MREG) in connection with the purchase and redevelopment of 3300 Mission Street in San Francisco, providing advice in connection with all aspects of the development including, acquisition, entitlements, financing, construction and other matters. When completed, the redevelopment of 3300 Mission Street will transform a 9,200 square-foot structure into a modern six-story building of new 100 percent affordable housing. It will also include ground-floor retail space. The project marks the first affordable housing development in the Mission Bernal district in nearly 20 years. Read more here.
MREG joint ventured and worked with various non-profits and city agencies committed to bringing affordable housing to San Francisco, including the Bernal Heights Housing Corporation, Tabernacle Community Development Corporation, Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, BAR Architects, Guzman Construction Group, and Plant Construction Company, L.P.
