Sheppard Mullin Advised PSN Group in $165 Million Investment from BTG Pactual Strategic Capital
Sheppard Mullin represented Plano, Texas-based PSN Group (“PSN”), a high growth system of in-network ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals, in connection with BTG Pactual Strategic Capital’s $165 million strategic commitment to PSN. BTG Pactual Strategic Capital is a strategy of BTG Pactual’s Tangible Assets Group and sits within BTG Pactual Asset Management, with over $100 billion in assets and commitments.
PSN’s business model emphasizes partnership with physicians in de novo development and repositioning of surgical facilities in the growing Texas and Florida markets. PSN’s surgical specialty focus includes orthopedics and spinal surgery.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by Private Equity Team Leader Aytan Dahukey and included Chi Huynh, Jason Jones and Michael Sutton.
