Sheppard Mullin Advised Domain Capital Advisors in $700 Million Entertainment Fund Equity Commitments
Sheppard Mullin represented Domain Capital Group, LLC, a comprehensive private investment management firm, and its subsidiary, Domain Capital Advisors, LLC (“DCA”) in closing more than $700 million of equity commitments for an entertainment fund and co-investment vehicle (the “Domain Fund”) focused on the acquisition of cash-flowing uncorrelated film, television and music assets with an allocation for other related investment opportunities. So far, the fund has deployed more than $170 million across the three media.
