Sheppard Mullin Awarded “Private Equity Deal of the Year” in 22nd Annual M&A Awards
A Sheppard Mullin deal team was awarded “Private Equity Deal of the Year” in the M&A Advisor’s 22nd Annual M&A Awards for representing Corbel Capital Partners (“Corbel”) in its investment in Premier Plastic Surgery Partners, LLC to create the formation of the nation’s first platform for facial plastic surgery and plastic surgery specialists. The deal team that advised Corbel was led by Private Equity Team co-leader Aytan Dahukey and partner Chi Huynh and included associate Mackenzie Wortley.
